Montento was created to make AI transformation planning understandable for business and technical teams.
AI is at the top of the business agenda. There is constant noise around transformation, automation, and new tools. At the same time, many companies still struggle to translate new technology into real processes, priorities, and implementation decisions.
I noticed a gap between business ambition and delivery reality. Business leaders often do not have time to map where AI or automation can create value. Transformation teams need a faster way to design projects in a format that business stakeholders and technical teams can both understand.
That is why I created Montento: a practical workspace for turning business context into implementation ideas, priorities, and an implementation map. It helps make complex transformation conversations concrete.
My role is to help businesses move through AI and automation transformation without wasting budget, time, or team energy on poorly defined projects.
